To Celebrate Our Year!

To celebrate our year anniversary we didn't do much. We mostly just spent time with one another. Sunday was our actual anniversary. We started off the day by having french toast for breakfast. We then went to church. After church we walked around temple square. For the rest of the day we just spent some time together. Casey made a wedding video for me and I gave him all three x-men on blue-ray. He loved it and so did I. Later that day, we had lemon chicken for dinner. It was pretty good. For dessert we made funfetti cupcakes since we weren't able to have the top of our wedding cake.

I also cut casey's hair if you couldn't tell. I love it! :]

Monday we both took the day off from work so we could celebrate some more. I had school in the morning that I could not miss so we had to work around that. After my class we got some cupcakes at a gourmet cupcake place that we had a Groupon for from Casey's mom. We went home and made ourselves some lunch and then took it to memory grove to have a picnic. It started to rain a little so we decided to go back to our apartment and just hang out there.

It was great having some days off to spend some time together and remember the best day of our lives. Our wedding day was perfect. We couldn't have wished for anything better. It is great to be married to my best friend. Yes there are those moments where I ask myself what am I doing? and then there are those moments where I say I couldn't ask for anything else to be happening in my life right now. I love every moment of the time that I get to be with Casey. He is truly the love of my life, my soul mate, my eternal companion. I could not imagine being married to anyone else. I love you Casey.
