Happy moments can be rained on.

Last night, I remembered when we got engaged. Maybe that is because my sister-in-law, Sidney, got engaged to Scott Winters. Congrates you too! We are so excited for you guys!

I was so excited Casey and I were going to be married to each other! I was on this amazing, happy, high. I was talked to everyone until super late.

So first, back up a little. Casey and I started talking about getting married during Christmas break. I wanted to get married to Casey but I just kept on telling myself I am way too young to get married, I was only 18. We knew that it was the right thing for us to do but I just could not get over the fact that I would be getting married when I was 18. When I was about to go to college, I did not even want to really get serious with a boy, and defiantly not thinking marriage. I was planning on getting married when I was 21-23 years old. But that plan wasn't the plan that Heavenly Father had for me.

So we dated.. and then started to get serious. We both knew that we had to get married to each other because we both could not picture life without one another. So on January 31, 2010, Casey popped the question. I, obviously, said YES! In the back of my mind I still was thinking I am too young, but I did not want that to hold me back. After telling our family and friends, I felt amazing! Everyone was so happy for us!

Then it was when Casey and I went on Facebook to change our relationship status is when I started to feel hurt. It wasn't because Casey hurt me or my dreams weren't going to come true, if anything all of those thing were the things that helped me. So in high school, there is always drama. Sometimes people don't get over that drama and they keep a gruge on you for your life pretty much.. But anyways.. Some people (not going to say names) were commenting to each other about how they thought I did not know what I was doing, even thought they did not say my name directly, everyone knew that is who they were talking about. I felt hurt and discouraged. Casey then talked to me about how Heavenly Father had a plan for him and me, and we shouldn't have some little Facebook comment put me off that plan and be discourage. I also got some courage from my family and friends.

Still today, I get comments like, you are too young to be married or like you sure you are suppose to be married at such a young age. You know what people...

Yes I do know I am got married young and I know what I am doing. I also know that I am married to the BEST man in the world & I wouldn't change that for anything!!

Sometimes those comments still get me but I know that it shouldn't. Casey says, "They are just jealous".
I am so glad that I choose to get married at the age I did and to the person I did. I wouldn't change it for anything. Casey is the man for me and will be for me for my whole life and after that too. We are married for eternity and nothing is going to stop us. We know that we got married young for a reason and we may not know that reason yet but I have complete faith in my Heavenly Father and how he made this happen for a reason and we will find that reason when we are suppose to.

He is Always There.

I have been looking for a job and still am looking.
This morning I felt discouraged that I would never
be able to find a job that would hire me.

I then prayed to my Heavenly Father
and asked for help to find a job that I would
be able to be apart of.

I then remembered of this poem.

Footprints in the Sand
--Mary Stevenson

One night I dreamed I was walking
along the beach with the Lord.
Many scenes from my life
flashed across the sky.
In each scene I noticed
 footprints in the sand.
Sometimes there were
 two sets of footprints,
other times there were
one set of foorprints.

This bothered me because I noticed
that during the low period of my life,
when I was suffereing from
anguish, sorrow or defeat,
I could see only one set of
footprints

So I said to the Lord,
"You promised me Lord,
 that if I follow you,
you would walk with me always.
But I have noticed that during the
most trying period of my life
there have only been one set of
footprints in the sand.
Why, when I needed you the most,
you have not been there for me?"

The Lord replied,
"The times when you have seen
only one set of
footprints in the sand,
is when I carried you."

This poem has gave me the strength to go on
and keep on looking for a job.

I know that Heavenly Father will help me in this time of need
if I have faith in him and that he will help.

Heavenly Father is always with you
- to help you
- to comfort you
- to protect you
- to guide you
YOU just need to have faith in him.

I love my Heavenly Father.
I am so grateful for all of the times he carried me
and helped to get the strength to go on.

Celebrating the new year and remembering the past.

New Years Eve: Casey and I celebrated with our neighbors Justin and Mitzi Furnell. We had dinner at their apartment then came over to ours for games. It was a blast. Casey and I are going to miss them once they leave us in April to go to Missouri.

New Years: That day casey worked, but he got off at 4 and we then went over to Grandma & Grandpa Rozsa's house to celebrate the new year with them and some of the cousins. We had a delicious dinner and also a fun time with the family.

2010 Rememberance: 2010 was an amazing year for Casey and I. It was filled with laughter, love, happiness, adventures, and excitement.
At the start of the year Casey and I started to talk about if we should get married. We decided that it was the right thing for us. So on the last day of January, Casey proposed to me at the capital building in Salt Lake City. We then started to plan our wedding which was on June 12.

We were busy with planning the wedding and also going to school at LDS Business College. For easter, Casey and I celebrated it together by having a wonderful dinner that I believe consist of leftover spaghetti. and we also colored eggs. We had a fun time.

The semester then came to an end and it was time for us to go home to our families and finish planning the wedding. We both hated being away from each other. I went to San Diego and surprised Casey. We both loved spending time together again.

On June 12th, we got married in the San Diego Temple. It was amazing! We are both so happy! We went to disneyland and also on a cruise to Catilina Islands and Ensenada. We had a blast being together and being married.

For the summer we worked our tails off in Bear Lake. My sister let us live with her. We worked as lifeguards, cleaners, and laundry-doers. It was a fun summer. We then moved back to Salt Lake City and went back to school.

Before school started we decided we needed a vacation. We went to Yellowstone and camped there for a couple of days. We had a blast. It was fun being with Casey and around nature. We both loved having time to be with each other without any distractions of school, work, or the internet. It was great even though most of the time it was freezing and raining.

In the begining of Septemeber, we got a kitten. This kitten's name is Apollo. I hated the kitty but not I love him. He can be a pest sometimes but he also can be such a sweetie. Casey and I both love having an kitty in our home and also having some company when the other one is gone.

We spent Thanksgiving with Grandma and Grandpa Rozsa and also the Millers. We had a ping pong tournament and Casey Won! :]

My parents came to Utah to celebrate christmas with family. We got to spend some time with them. We all had a great time. Christmas Came and we celebrated it with the Schroeder's. It was a blast. We then came home and started reality again. Casey went back to work and I went back to finding a job.

We start school again on Jan 10. We are both excited but at the same time wished that we had more time to spend with family and also to spend time with each other before school starts.

We had a blast hanging out the Casey's family! We both wished we could have stayed longer. On the way home there was a storm. I would like to thank my Heavenly Father for protecting Casey and I and helping us be alert to the roads and the cars. We was numerous of cars that went off the road or got in an accident or got tickets. None of these happened to us and we are so thankful for that! We got home on Thursday safely! We are glad to be back is Utah and working again.
